In ResourceTypes, a new class, ResourceInformation, is added to encapsulate all
information about a given resource type (e.g. type, value, unit), so I suppose
you mean we could add the oversubscription threshold of each resource type to
it as well? If so, I will create another jira to consolidate given that
YARN-3926 is not merged yet.
Will follow up with a new patch to address your comment 1)
