Hi [~mingma], I am more conservative on removing previous format support given
original format (without timeout) has been used for years for cluster
management (configuration compatibility should be treated as API). If we all
agree JSON format is the right direction we are heading to, the next step
should be deprecate it in next major release (3.x), and then totally drop it
since Hadoop 4.x. Make sense?
