I uploaded a new patch for trunk which should address issues resulted from
branch-3.1 cut and the checkstyle/license/findbug issues reported by Jenkins.
I also broken down this patch into 9 smaller commits at [my personal
fork|https://github.com/haibchen/hadoop/tree/YARN-7919]
