The latest patch does not apply to branch-3.1, please apply it to trunk
(Applying the patch to branch-3.1 failed and left source code in
*hadoop-yarn-server-timelineservice-hbase*). I can upload a patch for
branch-3.1 separately once the trunk patch is ready.
