thanks for updating, looks good overall, few comments:
- SchedulerApplicationAttempt#appPriority can also be volatile ?
- testRMRestartWithChangeInPriority- Since the state store update is
asynchronous, the test may fail if the state is not updated immediately, we may
wait until the state is updated?
