I think it is very premature to discuss the 2012 conference and the
perks around it , whilst we have a lot of work ahead of us, like how do
we realised the ANC manifesto into practical reality, I mean just next
year there is local government elections that require a lot of work, and
I think we all know how these elections are important for the soul of
the ANC, but we are discussing Mbalula and Gwede for 2012, then will
claim to that we are the vanguard of the masses, I serious failing to
understand such motions,

Cde Sandile,

Maybe you must tell us as whether the ANC belongs to a particular

person or all members? I am raising this because there is nothing

Commissar that prevent even you if you are a member of the ANC to stand

to be elected as long as you meet the minimum requirement to serve at

that highest level. The Constitution enshrine these rights too all of us

include both Mbalula and Gwede. You do not get out of office because you

have done anything wrong but because some of us might believe that you

have what it takes to be agile with the agility of the Dynamic

Liberation Movement. The challenge facing Society and by extension the

ANC now and after the Liberation Movement turn 100 will not be the same

as when it was formed 100 years ago. Therefore the ANC like any Organism

should be able to develop new and adaptive tendencies that will enable

it to respond to Societal Needs in 2014 General Election.

Therefore in a multi-class organisation like the ANC, the political

reasons that you will find will be as to who might be best suited to

navigate our Movement in its quest to manage the contradictions in our

society without eliminating any class, which total opposite to what

Gwede might want to see happening. The class interest in this regards

will be the deciding factor. Put it the other way round, does Blade in

his Capacity as Minister of Higher Education advocate for Working Class

based education or he respond to market forces in determining the

education that respond to market forces? We hear year in and out that

our Graduate are not able to adopt to market demands or our graduate do

not have the prerequisite to respond to market conditions. If for

example, Blade does not get elected in the Next Congress of the Party

and of the ANC, will that mean that there is something wrong with him?

NO, the ANC like other Allies is contested and democratic movement and

allow members to be elected or seek election by lobbying and canvassing

their interest. Besides the space is there and why only certain people

should occupy this space. Why is it wrong for a Genuine members of the

ANC and not by extension will be labled to owant to lead his or her only

Organisation and be right for those that belong to all organisations

like me or you to contest? Isn't this the very same reason that makes

people think they own us? think they are supper comrades and think that

there is no Movement without them?

lets talk
