I founf it strange that media is saying Bheki Cele was found guilty of improper conduct and maladministration. This evbidence was solely based on the findings of a senior counsel. In terms of Labour Relation Practices within nthe Public Service the finding issued may inturn pprove Bheki Cele innocent. At no point was the public proctector inquiry done in accordance with the public Service Act.This would be interesting??????
