In my opinion, yes. On some appropriate interface one should be able to drag one item and drop it on top of another implying that you consider those items to be identical. Bear in mind that change ony takes effect in your own account. But then some enterprising ajax greasemonkier could someday use that data to make the changes appear globally as if by voting.
