i dont like swap being mandatory. i've never used a swap since i
strted on linux except when i tried linspire in which i didnt have much
controll.

I also asked a friend what they thought of the screenshots. The friend was a
user who knew nothing about Linux... and just flying up out of nowhere with
the partitions screen may be intimidating. At the very least I think the
"Partitioning Section" could be a two part section. One introduction screen
for new users giving a brief introduction to what partitioning for Linux is
like, and what some likely recommendations are. That was her suggestion
anyway.
