found the same problem - if you simply partition the drive using another
distro, Yoper 2.92 will happily install. If no pre-prepared partitions exist,
it simply crashes out of the install and attempts to reboot.
So the problem does seem to be confirmed as the partitioner.
Actually my first try was with already partitioned root and swap.However, the installer didnt work. And moreover, it is not even going to the partitioning screen!
