The green tick at present is on my account. Hi Gareth! The green tick simply indicates that the Calendar is your default calendar. Your default calendar is decided solely by what you've selected as your default account. Although you've got your Exchange account set as default, the default calendar will always be "Calendar" and can not be changed even if you have more than one Exchange Calendar within the account. Also, public folder calendars can not be set as your default Calendar. But, what you have set as your default doesn't really matter. Some options may exist to get you close to what you want, but first, can you elaborate on what you're needing or expecting? If you'd like to be able to sync your public folder calendar to your iPhone and have the option to update the public folder calendar from your iPhone then I don't think that's possible. If you simply need a constant one-way sync from the public folder calendar to the iPhone then that's still probably not directly possible but might be easier to accomplish with some scripting. If you can live with having to manually sync one-way from your public folder calendar to your iPhone then you can do this: 1. Create a second calendar within your Exchange account and call it something like "Public folder calendar". When you have two calendars within the same Exchange account then the iPhone's view changes to allow you to see multiple calendars. You'll see a "< Calendars" button at the top of its list. Click that and you'll see your Exchange "Calendar" and "Public Folder calendar". 2. Add your public folder calendar to your Subscribed Public Folders. This will sync its contents to Entourage and you'll now see this as a third calendar under your Exchange account. 3. Create a custom calendar view for just your public folder calendar items. Once they're synced you can literally select all of them and then drag and drop to your "Public Folder calendar" calendar. The contents will sync to your iPhone. By the way, this setup will work for a public folder address book too. I'm not sure this will be the solution you're needing but it's the best I have found so far. Hope this helps! -- bill William M.
