Hello William, Thanks for your reply and all the answers to my questions.
I can place another calendar in my exchange account but this unfortunately does not update when another colleague place a new event in the public folders calendar. I would have to manually sync, when I really want to be automatically updated as and when a new date is added. Also with regards to categories, I can separate them within my own exchange account and then sort then through the standard filtering, but as soon as I transfer or duplicate to the public folders contacts for all my colleagues to see the category I placed them in disappears. I have tried to do this via the public folder direct but my colleagues do not see the category filter.
