Because public folders are not part of your Exchange account then, yes, you'll have to manually sync. And categories have never synced between Entourage and Exchange. The only other option I can suggest is to see how a shared calendar or a delegated calendar works instead of a public folder calendar. Again, because that calendar is not part of your own Exchange account I don't have high hopes, but it may be worth testing. -- bill William M.
