Diane,

When I first read your response, I wondered, "how do I KNOW which item is
causing the problem." Then I realized you mean which TYPE of item; i.e.,
SOME contact, or SOME message, or SOME event, and what I'd do is export,
delete, and re-import the entire .rge file containing those items.

I've done everything I said I would initially EXCEPT for re-enabling the
connection between the newest Dymo Label software and Apple's
AddressBook.app. I'm on vacation for a week, but I'll try that when I get
home. If that reintroduces the problem, I'll try rebuilding my Entourage
database (but my sense is it's the victim, not the culprit here), and if
that doesn't solve it, the export/delete/import process.

Thanks so much,

Jim Robertson
