Use iCal Dupe Deleter <http://www.nhoj.co.uk/icaldupedeleter/> I suggest turning off Sync Services in Entourage, clean up dupes with iCal Dupe Deleter. The only option that you could use would be to export as Entourage archive (.rge) file Calendar events only as an individual file. Big draw back... no categories are saved. If you select to export as categories, you would need to do each individual category for calendar events. Do I hear...PITB? BTW, if you have downloaded Developer Tools, you can use Syncrospector inside the /Developer/Applications/Utilities folder to force a sync after you've run the application.
