Your IT contact should be able to answer most of your questions. Not every
IMAP/Exchange account is setup the same. Hopefully some of the other users

You have an Inbox for the IMAP account(s) and an Inbox for folders ³On My
Computer². Same for contacts and calendars.

If your IMAP account is set as default it will be at the top of the folder
list. Some users keep the folders ³On My Computer² toggled closed.
