Looks better Thom, good work!

Now that we have a central location, I have a few
questions:

Have we decided on a labeling system?  If not, that is
of course important.  Also, what format will we
present the cases in?  3D+2D image?  Lets brainstorm
here.

After we've decide we can put together a cumulative
schedule for researching cases.

Many thanks to everyone who are working so hard for
organizing the effort.
