Wa Alaikumassalaam wr, This is not a mistake and is actually intended. By default Zekr uses Imlaei or Simple script (also check this FAQ item<http://tanzil.net/wiki/FAQ#Why_Tanzil_Quran_text_is_slightly_different_from_my_printed_copy.3F>), which is most similar to what should be pronounced. There is another type, Uthmani, which can be enabled by changing your theme to Uthmani (Tools > Menu > Theme).
