Seen all those bilingual signs, seen the Welsh language TV stations, heard the Welsh only radio stations, read the UK government forms that are now legally required to be written in Welsh as well as English, heard about the English-owned holiday homes in Wales that are burnt down to prevent local Welsh people being unable to afford them, the vote for Devolution which gave us a National Assembly? Not one of these concessions were given out of the goodness of the UK government's heart, but was hard fought for by local Welsh people. And not one spot of blood was spilt in doing so.
