Ha!  A curative health-regimen-treatment is a "delusion"!, because... well, 
WHAT!?

Because, for the successful, it leads to Health?

Health is not the same as the cure, you say?  Why, certainly.

QED.

But, "delusion"?

No.

Sometimes "the Cure" continues to be applied, as, when, for example:

"Greed, Delusion, and Ignorance arise endlessly."

This continuation of the cure is Practice, and properly seen, religion.  
Challenging you, there, maybe, Old Man!  Stretching your jeans.

But not trying to draw you out.

See what you think.  You *KNOW* I take religions to be Medicine.  And 
Maintenance Programs.  Especially Zen Buddhist practice. ;-)
