Suresh,
My answers to your questions are embedded below:
> So in this kind of situation, how can I sit for meditation?
In the situation you described it would be very difficult sit zazen, especially
to learn to sit zazen. After you've learned it would be less difficult, but
still would require time you could be by yourself. I guess you could stay up
late or get up early while your children are asleep to include zazen in you
daily regime. It all depends on how important you judge zazen to be to you.
> You seems practicing Zen, have you ever reached Buddha nature?
Yes. I do most every time I sit and many other times during my day also.
> Can you tell me what is this self?
Self is an concept, an illusion. It is not real. It's like a dream or a
fantasy you have.
> Have you ever questioned yourself `Who am I`.
I certainly asked myself that question a lot before I experienced Buddha
Nature. Now I don't ask that question. I realize 'I' am an illusion.
> The duality is created by you and you want to dissolve it by yourself?
Not exactly. Duality is created by your discriminating mind, your intellect,
the source of thoughts. One of the dualities created is the self/other
illusion. When you stop the activity of your discriminating mind (clear
mind)there are no dualities so there is no illusion of self/other.
> Can you tell me a technique for a person like me who is totally
occupied in his life and no time to sit silently?
Zazen is the best technique I know. There is also bowing, chanting and some
others, but all require you to dedicate some time to them. There is a
technique called 'mindfulness' which is basically just focusing all your
awareness on whatever you are doing at the moment. If you successfully do this
you will stop your discriminating mind and experience Buddha Nature.
'Mindfulness' is usually not used as a teaching technique to first realize
Buddha Nature but as a follow-on practice to more integrate Buddha Nature into
your daily life.
