You are thinking because you think, you can change your life by your action alone. Please note life is happening on its own, it is a bigger force than you and me. We are merely a small boat on this great ocean called ‘life’. So where ever the current of the ocean takes we boats have no choice but to go in that direction. Only way to get rid of fear is your mental inaction. Don’t plan anything, just live as it comes. Other way is, question yourself who is afraid? Don’t immediately answer I am afraid. Watch, watching your thoughts, you know this fear is also a screen of thoughts which was occupying your space, and it will move, if you do not entertain it. That is do not condemn whether it is right or wrong to have fear and why I have fear extra. Fact is there is fear, so just observe and slowly it will move out of your space. Try and tell me.
