Suresh, Zen does not 'say' anything. It's not a religion or philosophy so doesn't have any specific teachings on fear or anything else for that matter.
Zen is a collection of techniques that assist you in realizing Buddha Nature. The most common of these is zen meditation - or zazen. Zazen is a meditation which dissolves all dualism, most notably the concept of self.
