Real, yes.  Believe it.

When there is no mind, there is no moving.  That's the experience.

I do not analyze it.  Some folks might, if they have not experienced this.  
Anyway, I hope you have (done).

It is the entryway to Zen practice, and not a final state.

That's why it is called a "Gate".

It is the on-ramp to the Buddhaway.
