Go, if you can, to any Center, or friend, who can introduce Zen sitting, and 
give some instruction.

"In-Person" has it "all over" what we might say, here on the 'net.  And you get 
to ask questions, while your legs are crossed on the cushion.

It's worth a 100 km trip in any one direction.  But I would NOT go in 2, or 
three directions.  ;-)  Just ONE.
