Suresh,

I worked as a scientist for a long time, and found almost no one who had 
experience personally in Zen practice or with awakening.

All I could do was continue to treat them like everyone else, a part of my 
sangha.

This was good practice!

You can do it!

PS  But *do* be a part of a spiritual sangha, so you can give each other 
support, and develop ways in yourself to bring all your gifts to whatever OTHER 
circle(s) you are then a part of additionally.
