Thanks for asking.  I forget that not everyone may have practiced with a 
teacher and a sangha.  So sometimes I go off with a greeting that a sangha 
friend would commonly understand.  It's jargon, ...but not too technical.

Practice to me just means Zen practice, and that encompasses the whole sphere 
of the many practices we enjoy and employ if we've learned them formally.  The 
number may be between 13 or 15, and infinite.

When I say "strong" or wish "strong", I mean may it go well.  May it be good 
for you.  Effective.

When we enter upon a retreat together, a 7-day silent sesshin, before we go 
into isolation, we might wish each other a "wonderful sesshin", or wish each 
other "strong practice".  It's like that.

As John Glenn was launched to orbit the first time, the CAPCOM wished him by 
radio, "Godspeed, John Glenn".  It's like that.  ;-)
