I seem to think that Edgar wrote this:
This is because life cannot live without the death of other beings so
there is by necessity vast and interminable suffering built into the
design of the natural world.
With his love of reason could he please elucidate where he got this idea
of "design of the natural world." As an out and out atheist this hints
of a designer and perhaps Edgar has some proof of same, that us mere
Homo sapiens would appreciate. I spent 40 years looking for the Designer
I was forced to conclude it was another scam that is hallowed by self
interest and a long history of deceit.
