Edgar, So...does your statement below mean if you don't understand it correctly it's not a nice quote? The sea foam is a metaphor for illusion. It's something that has been churned up, appearing for a short time to be something separate from the sea, a dualistic set of sea:foam. I think you've ignored the last line:
