No, it's worse; I (playfully) plead the Fifth, which concerns our right not to 
incriminate ourselves in testimony or questioning.  One can legally refuse to 
answer, on that basis, whether it's actually reasonable or not.  No one gets to 
second-guess your motives in so doing (I think...), to a point.
