Merle, Edgar, et al.,
May I suggest a discontinuance of use of the words, "get real", please? It's
impolite, and worse, disrespectful.
Moreover, it's BAD Economic advice.
The Brazilian "Real" is not a great investment. Now, with the massive protests
in Sao Paolo and 120 other Brazilian cities, the Real is on the decline, again.
It peaked recently in mid-2011, when it was worth 60 cents US. Now it won't
even buy a pack of gum, at 45 cents.
So, DON"T get (the) Real.
Here's today's Spot-pricing of the Real (at 16:00 UTC/GMT):
1 Brazilian Real equals
0.45 US Dollar
But if you're a real speculator, get Real.
w/ Thanks,
--Joe
