AS I understand, Buddhist practice is done to stop ignorance and
live within reality by seeing that what we see is already real as
it is but whatever we think of it is product of the duality of
our thinking, one happy result of it is the elimination of the
expectation and intellectualizing of suffering by the elimination of
the expectation and desire of pleasure, and to obtain liberation
from the circle of birth and death and all the suffering that cames
with it.
