I am sure the Beggar would have preferred a twenty...I know I would have...but I would have enjoyed the cracker jack as well....Beggars do not get to be choosers... The fact remains that being one step away from standing with your hat in your hand (or your bowl) is pretty scary...the truth is is .....it is scarier then actually doing it...which is why many do not seem so motivated to go back to the precarious state of being one step away from it again.
