Thanks for the deatailed respons, Genryu. It helps.

You know, perhaps when I'm doing dishes, and think "I should sit more"
I'ave actually thought:

1. I need to let *that* go.
2. Which that, Rod? "The whole shabang, man... All of it. You're
killing it."
3. Sorry, no-can-do that's be waffling what with these all important
dishes to do -- so now what?
4. I guess "Sit later"
5. Yeah... A new years resolution. Save your promises and get washing.

I've forbade myself from 'changing course' for no good reason and
hittin' the cushion then and there. Sure, there are times its not right
(and I'll know them -- like when in a public restroom, dog piss puddle,
etc.)

Hell, its my world. If I think about squatting while doing dishes -
-then I'll squat. Fuck it If it last 30 seconds, and I remember I left
the water running I'll stand up. If it last 30 minutes, must've needed
it. My first urge was infact to sit, before I added steps 3-5. I think
I was being so sure not fall in the trap of trying to sit "for the
purpose/result of clearing my mind" I fell in the more obvious trap of
"second-guessing the drives arising inside me".

Worse than giving myself gold stars for "sittin' like a yogic jedi" -- I
gave myself gold stars for "avoiding sitting for the wrong reasons."
(and an extra star for gettin' the dishes done... Finally :)

*e-bow*
