By this, zenoss will have all-in-one packages that make its really different than any monitoring system offer by oss. Most of the current oss monitoring system I found was lack a helpdesk functions and vice-versa, so the admin need to maintain a couple of system to have it functions as a whole packages. Until zenoss have a fully functional helpdesk system, I will stick with GLPI for the helpdesk functions and try to setup one zenoss server for monitoring purpose. Thanks and keep up the good work!
