Ah. That's the problem. If we can't ping it, Zenoss assumes that it's
not available and most other monitoring stops, and we try not to send
events for anything beyond the device, either.

install the free version on your windows device. Restart your
zenperfsnmp daemon:
$ zenperfsnmp restart
