No Erik, theres no firewall. We already have a zenoss server running in our network without any problems.
I'm a Ubuntu/Debian user; the last time I used RH was at 7.3, so I don't know anything about what's installed. However, I did recently work on a fresh CentOS install, and it had firewall software running on it. In order to access the Zope/Zenoss instance, I had to update the firewall rules.
If you are (as you mentioned in another email) a novice user, you may want to look into it. I don't know the types of an FC5 install has a software firewall enabled, though.
If you are able to connect but are getting a web server error page, then it's not the firewall -- Cory has commented on what may be the problem if that's the case. If so, take a look at the apache error log (s) -- somewhere in /var/log (maybe /var/log/apache or /var/log/ httpd). When you see the errors being generated there, google for them, and you should see some potential solutions.
