I just set up Zenoss for my company and am unable to monitor Windows services. I have installed snmp-informant and configured the snmp service in Windows. Zenoss sees everything else but just not the services.
In the zproperties of /server/Windows i have a domain admin username and password for the zwinuser and zwinpassword field. But still nothing shows up. since the user is a domain user how do i put it in the zwinuser field? i have tried [EMAIL PROTECTED], domain\username and just the username and this hasn't worked. what is the proper way to enter this? Could this be my issue are is there something else going on?
