If you haven't checked this already... make sure the zWmiMonitorIgnore setting 
is set to False, the default is True. That setting is at the bottom of the 
zProperties pages. I set it to false for the zProperties for the entire Windows 
class (/Devices/Server/Windows), that way I don't get WMI errors for everything 
else I have in Zenoss
