Well, the ZenWinUser should be a Domain Admin, and it should be entered:
Domain\User
Does the WinServices entry under the OS tab of the device show up? If
so, UNCHECK monitored, and you'll see all the services. If not, do
wbemtest from another windows machine and see if WMI is working right.
Make sure ZenWinModeler isn't hung up - check the log and see if there's
an error (or restart zenoss from the command line and see if
ZenWinModeler is "Already Started"). If it is, kill -9 that process and
restart it, or just reboot the server.
Otherwise, no idea - it works for me?

I just set up Zenoss for my company and am unable to monitor Windows services.
I have installed snmp-informant and configured the snmp service in Windows.
Zenoss sees everything else but just not the services.
In the zproperties of /server/Windows i have a domain admin username and
password for the zwinuser and zwinpassword field. But still nothing shows up.
since the user is a domain user how do i put it in the zwinuser field? i have
tried [EMAIL PROTECTED], domain\username and just the username and this hasn't
worked. what is the proper way to enter this?
Could this be my issue are is there something else going on?
Thanks for the help
