You may want to double check that everything is running ok. I found that once a server experienced the rpc_s_call_failed error that wmi information would not be read until that error was moved to history or cleared. Which then things would work ok for a little bit until the rpc_s_call_failed error appeared again. So I kept having to clear them in order for WMI to work. Though you could probably set an action to auto clear those messages. I still never figured out why this error came up. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
