You are correct. None of the windows services are being monitored correctly. I am however able to monitor based on SNMP and IP Services. I performed a test today to verify if Zenoss is even connecting to the machine. I ran Wireshark on a machine that is being monitored properly and I ran Wireshark on one of the machines not being monitored properly. On the machine that is being monitored I saw a connection from source port 34922 to destination port 3010. On the machines that are not being monitored properly this connection from Zenoss never happened. I did however see all SNMP and IP Services tests complete successfully.
