I think he means you have to have the DELL OpenManage software installed on your DELL server. I've had some success monitoring my DELL hardware (more than my SUN hardware actually). I am still unable to populate the CPU info ... searching the forums will threads where people have the same problem but from what I have found - no one knows a solution or the solution provided does not fix the problem.
With regards to the MIB question - I would like an answer to this as well? I have imported the MIBS, now how can I that information to the devices details page?
