Why not just add devices for each subdomain or website you want to monitor and
then apply the monitoring template to all the websites??
So if I have a server called, www.serverbox.com, and it hosts two websites,
www.server.com and www.myserver.com, which are both cnames to serverbox.com.
Couldn't you just do the following,
Create the following Class Servers, with Server monitoring specific
configuration, like CPU Usage ect.
/Devices/Servers/serverbox.com
Create the following Class WWW, having the check_http monitoring configured.
(maybe with a zProperty for the different devices to change the url to monitor
or something similar).
/WWW/www.myserver.com
www.serverbox.com
Does this type of setup not work for some reason?
