I'd like to add to the Maintenance Window discussion. I'm currently running version 2.1.1 on Fedora after just upgrading from version 2.0.6.
I've always experienced the overlapping Maintenance Window problem. Although it is a pain, I believe admins can work around it (at least in my case I have been able to). Other than that, Maintenance Windows was working fine for me. No email alerts during Maintenance Windows. No problems with Production States. Everything worked fine. Since I upgraded from 2.0.6 to 2.1.1 on Fedora 6 I have had problems with Maintenance Windows. When I set a Maintenance Window with the Stop State set to Original, the Production State of the Device at the end of the Maintenance Window is set to Production no matter what the original Production State of the Device was. Has anyone else experienced this behaviour?
