Had the same issues. These are the steps I follwoed to resolve. 1) added location in device edit area and saved. In my system I added /city, state (check your location works on google maps).
2) Using left menu pane click on locations. You should see your new location. Click on your location link In the Summary box you should see test for description and address in the lower left side. Click on the edit link and add your location to map. I added # street city, state. 3) On the Dashboard go to the locations pane and edit.
