Thanks for the advise, but I have already tried the three suggestions you made 
to no avail.

I already have added a location that I have verified in google maps to be 
exact. ALso I have added the google api to the dashboard so it does show. I 
have also added devices to that location. 

Some where on these forums i read that clearing the cache helps, when I went to 
clear it, there was nothing there. I have tried different locations with no 
effect. 

Anyone?
