I haven't had any luck with trying to keep MIBs compartmentalized - basically, every single MIB I've loaded is sitting in /opt/zenoss/share/mibs/site. Other than that, those MIBs require other MIBs which aren't in that directory, and zenoss isn't smart enough to load them unless you just do 'zenmib run' as the user zenoss AFAICT.
