Are these directories just in /opt/zenoss/share/mibs or are these subdirectories of "site?" I have to admit that it's been a few versions since I've tried, but in the past anything in site that wasn't a mib (ie was a directory) failed to load and anything that wasn't in the predefined directories wasn't even looked at. Could just be me having been stupid with permissions, though, I suppose.
