Ok, it is still not working... I tried to do everything : /tmp/test /home/user/test /test and create file at all possible locations and open permissions but nothing work...I don't understand.
First of all, is there a way to check if the commands are indeed working (debugging or so?) And what is the directory / in this case : is this the local device / directory or the root directory of the server on which zenoss is running? Please help!
